Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time: Please allow 5-14 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. We do our best to ensure prompt delivery and provide tracking information for your convenience. Why does our shipping take longer? We're always trying to lower the costs to you. We work with low cost carriers, which means we're able to provide you with free shipping in most cases. However, this means the delivery times could be a bit longer. You do have the option of choosing an Expedited ship method if you want your package faster. See Shipping Costs below.

Shipping Costs:  We provide Free Standard Shipping to US addresses for qualified purchases of $49 or more before tax. When your purchase is below $49 (before tax), we charge $4.99 for Standard and $6.99 for Expedited Shipping. As much as we hate to, we have to charge extra for any speed faster than Standard shipping, regardless of purchase value (unless there is a promotion). 

Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package and estimate the delivery date.

Shipping Locations: We currently ship to the U.S. If your country is not listed, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Lost or Stolen Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking information. If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to us, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.

Shipping Partners: We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. Our primary shipping carriers include FedEx, UPS, USPS, and SF Express.
