With our warranty, we’ve got you covered. This means that for a whole year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of you if our product doesn’t stand up to the standards of quality and workmanship you’ve come to expect from Zevalux.

We work with top manufacturers around the world to create handcrafted, responsibly sourced pieces that are made to last. We’re so confident in the quality of our product that we’ll provide a whole year of coverage on quality and workmanship. 

The warranty* does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Zevalux.

  1. Items purchased through a third-party vendor or reseller (outside of zevalux.com or Zevalux’s TikTok and Facebook shop) are not covered under Zevalux’s warranty. Please reach out to the company you bought the items from.
  2. We do not recommend having our products worked on by outside jewelers as this voids any potential for refund or replacement (should a defect develop due to their work). This includes resizing or any other type of repair work.
  3. Please note that in order for us to continue improving, we will require any defective piece to be sent back to us for inspection and quality auditing. As a good faith requirement, we ask for a $20 deposit. Once our experts inspect the item, and we determine that it is a Zevalux controllable quality issue, we will release the deposit and replace the defective item with the same or equivalent item. If we determine that it is not a Zevalux quality issue, we will deduct the cost of shipping and inspection from the $20 and refund the rest to you. We feel that this is the fairest way to handle a quality dispute.  
  4. Promotional products may be excluded from our warranty policy.
